Precautions Taken During Installs and Service Calls

Our main priority is keeping our customers and staff safe during this time.

World Cinema policy requires that employees and sub-contractors continue to observe all local, state and federal guidelines regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and protection protocols, particularly in respect to working or interacting with the general public.

Service Calls: Our team will first attempt to fix the problem remotely. If needed, we will ship items you need in order to minimize your exposure to others.

On Site Installation and Service Requests: Our trained technicians will apply all guidelines set and pay particular attention to frequent hand washing, wearing gloves and masks, and following social distancing practices. Our technicians are not to report to work if we or family members have any symptoms associated with COVID-19.

These guidelines are provided to reduce the risk of coronavirus exposure to our customers and staff.
